Hot versus cold tonight as the slumping Boston Celtics visit the surging Utah Jazz who need to keep on winning to have a shot at home-court advantage in the first round of the playoffs.

Utah have won their last three SU and are on a 7-4 SU and ATS run. Overall this season they are an impressive 40-29 SU and 38-29-2 ATS. Other than a three point loss to Sacramento the Jazz have won their last four at home by at least 10 points each time. They boast a very profitable 21-11-2 home ATS record this season.

Boston have lost their last four SU and six of eight. They are 38-32 SU this season and a mediocre 36-34 ATS....and just 5-11 ATS recently. This is their fourth and final game of a Western Conference road trip that has resulted in losses by at least 8 points at the Pacers, Lakers and Nuggets. In fact when the Celtics lose on the road they lose bad....10 of their last 11 road losses have been by more than tonight's line of 6.5...the average was more than 12 points. Tony Delk will not be playing tonight as his father passed away yesterday morning.

It's worth noting that Utah lead the association in FG% at 46.8 while Boston are 27th at just 41.3%.

The Jazz have taken care of the Celtics by 13 and 15 points the last two meetings in Utah and we expect another one-sided victory tonight.
