AN MRI taken on David Boston's ailing knee revealed a torn patellar tendon. He reportedly suffered the injury against the 49ers in week eight but tried to play though it the past two weeks.
Obviously, a knee injury of that severity would require surgery, ending Boston's season.
It has been an injury filled year for Boston, who dealt with knee tendinitis throughout the offseason before suffering a foot sprain early in the regular season.
The timing of this news could not be worse for Boston or the Cardinals.
