Maryland looked pretty rusty last night. Can they get it together for tonight's game vs Temple? Probably.

IMO Arizona played over their heads last night, but remember they beat Maryland who even playing poorly was probably a tougher opponent than Temple. If Arizona can play like they did last night vs. Florida, I'd take AZ and the points.

I'd like to hear what others have to say too.

Upon further reflection, I think Maryland will win but not cover and Florida will win and cover.

Temple +9 (1 unit)
Florida -6.5 (2 units)

Maryland seemed confused by Arizona's zone last night (AZ normally plays man-to-man) and Temple's press ought to keep the score low. MD's coach is talking about how other great teams like Kentucky and Duke went 0-2 to start the season last year almost like he's expecting his team to lose again tonight.

I think Arizona was playing a little over their heads last night and Florida should bring them back down to earth.

Arizona burned me last night, but lean to Florida tonight. Terps were flat..as seems to be the case to open the couple of seasons with Williams...reading a little too much press on how good they are..thought they could just walk on the court and automatically get a W last night. Gators started off slow, but played well the final 25 minutes. Nelson will have a much better game, and Haslem should have a strong showing as well..no Lyde or Rollerson tonight to battle with underneath. Hard to lay 9pts with Maryland after that kind of effort...Greer shot terribly last night..I look for a much better effort from him..he is good enough to keep Temple in the game.

legs legs and legs, thats something that fl will have and zone will lose as the game goes on,playing back to back days against tuff teams will wear you down quick even early in the year if you can't run at least 8 deep and i don't see zona doing that and fl will even play quicker tonight watch it in the 2nd half take a toll.

On the course!
I think the Owls, and a slower pace of play, are a sweet look at +9, or so.

They played well most of last night.
