in my year end thread I stated would stay away from rim rimm (rim in Toronto, rimm in US), then it was under 70 cdn. and not going anywhere.
well in the last two weeks it has began to move, actually after Apple made the tablet news official rim has been in rally mode. rim will introduce new phones of their own.
bought some yesterday at 74.45 cdn. and then sold june 74 for 6.50. so in 4.5 months will make just over 8%... of coarse it could rally sharply and could regret the call, or could fall sharply.
still will try it, not a bad return for 4.5 months.
a good friend told me I was brave, or stupid for the play, time will tell, trade on a cheap valuation, and the call premiums are high.
will update in june or when I close out the trade.
