Hawaii Bowl recap: 1-1

*EASY winner with the OVER in the Hawaii/UAB game, but suffered first loss of the bowl season with UAB.* Today's plays:

Bowl YTD: 6-1

Fresno St. +5.5

*Both teams have very good defenses. Looking for Fresno to have some success through the air in this one and keep this a close game throughout. I'll take any points I can get with a Pat Hill team. He always has his teams very well prepared in dog roles.*

Connecticut +3.5

*UCONN is 0-4 ats as dogs this season. This should be another great game, but I'm banking on the Huskies to get in the win column ATS in this one!*

GL!! Out of two plays today I am playing UCONN for a bit more. Really like that play!

Right Side, you've been doing good as of late, but need to know your logic behind your plays. At first glance I liked Fresno State and Toledo. Now I only like Toledo with a slight lean on Virginia, but not playing it. Fresno State has been killing their teams in the past 5 games. They also have an All-American in LT Logan Mankins. Thier passing defense is great, but their run defense is on the hurt. This plays well into Virginia which is a dominating running team. Virginia has palyed better competition, has a better defense, and a better offense. ALso might want to check to see if Fresno's Nose guard Donyell Booker is academically cleared to play, if not Virginia is the team to go with.
In terms of Toledo, I'm gonna stick to my guns with QB's that are trying to impress scouts to go to the NFL. Gradkowski falls into this category. They beat Bowling Green and Miami Ohio (at the same place where this bowl is played) Do I smell a repeat victory here?
Think about it, and tell me some good reasons, I may have over looked these games, but I think I've done enough research into these games, just didn't post all my things YET, and may not be able to type it all up because my friend is down here visiting. But looking forward to a response

Soljah...thanks for the comments, but what I wrote under the plays is pretty much my reasoning. I don't really have the time to do really long writeups on my plays usually. I've used a couple of very successful systems that's made me money in the bowls for a long time and my plays are generally based on that. I know the plays sound wrong sometimes, but if everything was so easy to figure out then everyone would be winning every play...you know? That's just the plays that come up and I play them. Hopefully that explains things enough for you, but I'm sure you were expecting stats and numbers, but I usually don't discuss that much. I post plays and use consistant winners as my basis with no questions. "Consistancy" is very big with me. I know if I were looking for someone to follow I would want to see conistancy in winning. That's what I try to provide here for myself and people who want to follow. GL!!!

Good job Right SIde, should have went with you on UConn. I went against my system and over looked the fact that Orlovsky was a Sr QB that had to impress NFL scouts as well. Gradkowski was a Jr QB that had one more year to impress the NFL scouts, not to mention he was injured. So what do you think about tomorrow's games? You're on a roll today 3-0, keep the picks coming
