Bowmans do not honor the 15% reload bonus promotion!!

I am betting with Bowmans for about 3 years, recently they have a 15% reload bonus promotion by using Neteller, bonus is up to $500.

I deposit $3400 into my account, fill out the claim form (for bonus claiming), next day they only credit me $340. Therefore I use LIVE CHAT, ask the operator if they made a mistake and please credit me $500 as a bonus. After a few mins, he told me that it's not a mistake, and this is a manager decision. I request an explaination why is it only 10% reload bonus, and he show me the rules @ bowmans page:

Situation in my last 3 years @ bowmans is, I deposit more than 10 times, while I may have withdrawl 1-2 times, so I know I am a definitely loser over there. I am not happy with such a decision, anybody here can help me or suggest me what I should do? It's not the $160, but I hate the fact that they do not honor the promotion.

Anybody recently reload their account at bowman, what % of bonus they give you, I am just curious, thanks for reading my story!

According to Bowmans, customer has received his reload bonus. If he was looking for a second in the month..the rules clearly state...one reload per month...hope this helps.

Thanks for your time to take a look, JACK! This is my first reload in 3 months, but problem is now solved, they give me the remaining 5% bonus to me today. Thank you.
