i wanna hit bradley by dec, if it gets to about +800

The question is, IF the fights gets close and B: would be ahead 1-2 rounds, does he get the win on the cards... I doubt it... he would have to win with 3-4 rounds ahead IMO and I think this will be very difficult for him.

But fully agree on the base idea :toast:

the top rank machine is in full force with the last pac-marquez fight and rios vs abril decisions

but hopefully there is a correction from the boxing gods

i saw someone mention it on boxrec message board

pac's first loss at fight 16, second loss vs morales was bout 32

this bradley fight is the 16 after the morales loss

are you superstitious? :SIB

Lets see the points prop. Thong is right. Knowing Pac is probably going to pack it in soon to become a religious politician, Bob "gimme all your fucking money" Arum will milk him for all he is worth. Draw play also a possibility.

points prop at 5Dimes...

points prop at 5Dimes...

Two choices. 16.5/25.5. I make this fight around 116-112 pac-man. If you take Bradley, either one is a winner, barring a KO by Pac. I figure Pac wins 8 rounds, Bradley 4. Of course there are many intangibles; point deductions, flash knock downs, cuts, etc. Barring an anomaly, this seems reasonable. Thoughts?

Butts and cuts...

Butts and cuts...

Manny is a more precise puncher. I am not sure how motivated he is at this stage of his career. Bradley seems to leave something to be desired defensively. Lefty versus right handed= accidental head butts. Bradley comes from the Hopkins school of battering rams. I'm thinking cuts will happen in this fight.

Good points!

IMO this fight is not so easy to figure out!

It should go some rounds, but we might have some cut issues!

I think Bradley can be competetive, but frankly I dont like the point handicaps!

The number is just not very appealing!

If there was a "will a head butt occur" prop I would jump on that. Zerwas; what don't you like about the points prop? If you don't mind.

The line is simply not attractive to me at -190 and -120 or the like given that Pacman has some power and the judges could be realyl biased!

I put some money on over 9.5 (-220) and over 12 rounds (at +100), so if Bradley goes all the way I win money regardless how competetive he is.

And I cant see Bradely knocking out Pacman!

if pacquiao put his hands down and let bradley hit him flush, i still dont think bradley could put pac down

over seems a good play

and fight goes the distance

agreed!

But Bradleys head is the wildcard here, its not very likely, but its keeping me from making a big play!

BTW, interesting to see that Jones opted for 8 ounce gloves when he could have taken 10 ounce against a dangerous puncher like Bailey!

RJJ quote...

RJJ quote...

Roy Jones Jr. stated: "He (Bradley) better impose himself because if he stays smart and tries to box him, that?s a dumb thing to do. His hands are not as quick as Pacquiao?s and he doesn?t punch as hard as Pacquiao. So if he doesn?t go in there and make it ugly, he?s going to get beat easy."
Probably makes more sense than anything I have heard from any scribe to date about this fight. Also if Bradley figures to stay outside that would preclude him from using his battering ram(head) as a weapon. Clinches/ butts would have to be part of Bradley's game plan.

weight...

weight...

Manny seems comfortable at welter, coming in around 143-45 now of days. Bradley has been steady at 140, junior welter. Haven't seen much mention of this? Seems to be the WBO welter weight championship, no? So Bradley has to face the fastest, hardest puncher he ever has to date.

I like Jones as well....he should have too much skill and athletic ability for Bailey!

BTW, is anyone here interested in football (or soccer ) betting!`

Think about Manny "wins by decision of any type"+110. If a head butt causes it to be stopped and it comes down to a technical decision and Manny is ahead on the cards, this is covered. Also, as a hedge, Manny "wins in rounds 7-12" +330. I figure if a KO comes for Pac ,it will be later rather than sooner.

Guys on this level Ghost disposes no prob, Lockett, Espino, Jaco. How much difficulty can he have against a short, slow, self-trained fighter?
