my first thought was the hopkins/zepeda under as well. Zepeda is the headbutt/cut by punch stoppage king.

Ulrich is kind of like Paul Briggs, who Adamek beat the last time out. I saw Ulrich kayo Silvio Branco with one right hand in the 11th round. but he was losing, being outboxed. I say Ulrich's chance is to hurt Adamek. Of course, he could get the decision at home just for showing up.

I think I will only play the under on tonight's fight.

spoilers ............. for those watching on the west coast

alright hopkins getting the stoppage.
my account read $0, I put $40 in a week ago. now I am at $270
with just 2 wins. I mean, I think I am decent at this, why can't I seem to save my money and use it for something positive ? I feel like such a failure even in a winning moment.

don't be so hard on yourself, I started out and got talked into betting football, got destroyed by it but now I know better. you are never a failure until you quit something you know you're good at.

A very nice hit for us on the Hopkins under at +300

Unfortunatly the Ouma decision prop fell through, not sure how, still haven't seen the fight. All I can say is that Cuevas has never been stopped and went 12 with Taylor at 160. This fight was at 154 against a very light puncher. Ouma has an exrtremely high work rate and in the rare occasion that he stops his opponent, its always late in the fight. Either Ouma was on a mission tonight or Cuevas has taken one too many beatings. Either way I'm very surprised to see a 4th round stoppage. I'll watch the fight on replay and see wtf happened.

Good call on the Hopkins under Spread

You are obviously very good at betting the fight game, I invited you to this forum for a reason.

Its all about money management, you cant get gready in this game. Start small with your accounts, when you double your deposit, up your wagers a little, when you triple your deposit, up your wagers and so on.

Just trying to help, keep posting those winners

Good call on the Hopkins under

Cuevas didn't put up a bad fight against Taylor so tonight's fight was a bit of a surprise to me. I figured he would lose a dec as well. The guy is 36 though and I think he wasn't seeing Ouma's left hands from what it looked like to me. That's why they had such a bad effect on him.

Nice hit on the under guys, tasty price on that one, great stuff.
Spread, as already pointed out, don't be so hard on yourself, if you can pick decent priced winners in a reasonably steady fashion, your money will basically save itself up.
Looking forward to Saturday's bouts.

Location was a big part of my play on Ulrich

Most thought Briggs did enough to get the win over Adamek, despite the nasty cut over his eye.

If Briggs couldn't stop Adamek, I dought Ulrich will

I was at the fight in Chicago. Adamek broke his nose just three weeks before the fight but he fought despite the injury. He said it was a chance of his life and was afraid it might not happen again if he had decided to withdraw. Briggis broke Adamek's nose in the second round but Adamek continued the fight. He is a tough guy.

I had Bonsante +335, imo he got SCREWED!!!

You win some, you lose some...I win more than I lose

Btw, Mora suffered a huge cut in the first round that obviously effected him the rest of the fight. Not only did the blood distract him for 8 full rounds, it took him completely out of his gameplan. In their frst fight, Mora easily outboxed Mafredo and pitched a shutout on one scorecard. In this fight, Mora sustained a huge cut early and with the possibilty of the fight being stopped short, he fought aggressively and basically fought Manfredo's fight the whole way.

Mora almost stopped Manfredo in the 5th and dominated the rest of the way out despite the huge cut.

The fact that Mora was fighting in his hometown played a huge role in my laying the -283. You gotta know when the judges scorecards can be swayed by politics and location.

Either way, the better guy won, Mora is the much better fighter...imo
