I like the Mitchell/PBF over of 10.5 rounds at + money. It seems to be moving up and by fight time, it could be a descent dog bet. I think that Mitchell is naturally bigger, plus he's a boxer more than a puncher. My theory is Mitchell will pull out some early rounds, but fade late. I could see PBF winning a majority decision, maybe 8-3 in rounds or so. I think to many people are thinking about the Gatti fight, so the under is getting heavy play. Mitchell is a far better boxer than Gatti. He just won't stand there and let himself be beaten to a pulp IMO...........

Maybe they are thinking about Mitchell's recent fight with Tszyu at 140...over in 3 rounds

Plus you have a lefty against a righty. Mayweather likes to leap in sometimes. I wouldn't be shocked if someone gets cut on a headbutt. Mitchell has a lot of scar tissue above his eyes.

That's a good point also...I still think I'll make a small play on the over if the line goes up some more though.....

I just seen some pictures of Mitchell and he didn't look all that great. He looked like he wasn't in the greatest of shape, at least by the picture. I'll only bet the over now if the oddds go really up, but I don't think they will. I'm debating on the Chad/Ian fight 2night on showtime......

Putting my thinking cap on, the over looks pretty safe in the Dawson/Ian G fight. Dawson I'm sure doesn't hit as hard as A.A. and Ian went the distance with him. I also think Gardner is a very good dog. He's been in with better competition as of late IMO. I think he's a lively dog, any thoughts?

I would like gardner myself if the location was different. It's in Dawson's backyard. This fight has some similarities to Rico Hoye-Montell Griffen. Hoye was fighting in his backyard and was promoted by Gary shaw on shobox. Chad Dawson is fighting in his backyard with Gary Shaw promoting him on Shobox. I would worry that Gardner gets robbed even if he does deserve to win. Not to mention Dawson is the bigger fighter in this fight.

"the bunker"
dawson`s a big boy...2 lefties....

fricking gardner is as awkward as they come....and as annoying to watch as they come...i`m shocked he got a t.v. date....

that said....gardner`s dangerous to wager against.....take it from a guy that had tokunbo olajide.......who i still think is a damn good middleweight...

i agree that the over looks pretty good....as a parlay....i don`t usually like laying over 3-1....particularly o/u`s......

ufc tomorrow....sherk vs st pierre....a monster bout...should be the headliner...

The Dawson-Gardner over is only -230 at pinny

If I liked Gardner, I would take him to win by 12 round decision at +327. Gardner had absolutely no power at 154, now he's fighting a very big guy at 160.

I might play the over, still riding the fence

Back later

I checked boxrec an hour ago and they had Tsypko winning on points

Just checked it again and they have Chanet winning

I guess I'll keep checking to see what they come up with next...lol

How hard can it be to post a correct result

I just realized the Gardner-Dawson fight is at 168

Gardner has no business fighting at supermiddle, the guy couldn't punch a lick at lightmiddle

Gardner was down 3 times against A.A.

No play for me

168!! I didn't even realize it was at that weight. That and the hometown decision that was brought up, I might stay away from this as well. I'm home and drinking, so I want to bet on something.......Hmmmmm

Sorry for posting the Gardner prop so late, play is still on the board and should be for a while.

Very interesting...

I hit a very nice dog play last week on Marteze Logan over Homer Giggins at +375.

Now I'm watching Logan fight Americo Santos on one weeks notice

Excellent fight... if your not watching catch the replay.
