I got the Lacy under 8.5 at -120. I've seen it up to -170 now. I also took Silence to win at +250. It's down to +200 now. I would think both of these lines would keep heading in the same direction....

Lucien Bute would kayo Joe Calzaghe. I said it.
Bute is the man, watch out for him at 168 lbs.
I think Lacy has a great chin though, so I would love to see a match-up with Bute.
Bute is ranked # 12 wbc, #13 wba and that's it. so sad
Kessler is the man at 168 as well.
Based on what I have seen, I would put Bute # 3 behind Lacy and Kessler. of course, making a real list, i would put him behind Green, Mundine, Calzaghe, Beyer. but that's about it.

I agree, Sylvester should win. the odds are too high for me. but a safe play in my opinion

I am laying .3 units on Sipos to win .15 on the undercard. He should get no worse than a draw, and he has a good height advantage.

Also like Margarito/Gomez under 6.5 (+125) on the PPV undercard. Gomez is nearing the end of the line. He hasn't been stopped early in 10 years, but his time has come. and anyone who didn't see it Gomez D 10 Quiroz from last year, one of the fights of the year, check it out.

Sam should win. My first reaction is Vitali by kayo, but I could see it going the distance, if Rahman keeps the fight at a slow pace, but Vitali likes to throw lots of punches. Castillo should beat Munoz again.

i was reading accounts of pemberton`s 2 fights with sheika and his fight with brewer....

and it seems as though pemberton got the benefit of at least one standing 8 count in sheika 2.....and at least 3 vs brewer....

and if i reacall,sheika was propped against the ropes in the 10th round when the ref stopped it...not saying it wasn`t a good stoppage....just saying that sheika got no standing 8 count.......

hmmmm...

i don`t believe sheika or brewer got the benefit of a standing 8.....in any of the 3 bouts...

those standing 8`s really help a hometown guy....

we know...after watching castillo/corrales1,what a difference a little extra time can mean....

i`ll have to check the vegas rules regarding standing 8 counts...could be important as far as the distance props are concerned....

I put it all on jhonny gonzalez last week. I won, now I have $16.20

I put $ 5 on Mabuza to win which gives me like $10.20
then I put $10 on Mabuza to win by decision which pays out $63.50. crazy !!!! either I win big, or I break even. If Mabuza wins that is.
that +635 Mabuza to win by decison is crazy. I like him by kayo, but he could win by decision. Marquez ain't that damn great.

not sure if anyone saw the Muller / Green fight Friday night.

I think his name was green. Not too impressive and he won by a decision.

What I noticed is this guy had a bad habit of looking down about every 30 seconds. Over and over he did this. This guy is ripe for
someone to step in to him and knock him the fawk out.

Not sure when he fights again. I don't think he would hold up against any decent competition.

Scott, tonight he's fighting a decent opponent who can punch. Lets see how it plays out.

I should be there right now but my wife seems to think our anniversary is more important than boxing.
