Part of WBO cruiserweight champion Marco Huck?s preparations for Saturday?s highly anticipated title defense against Matt Godfrey in Erfurt, Germany has included time in an extreme cold -110? celsius cryochamber which helps regeneration after a draining workout. ?It feels like an ice cube you suck with your tongue,? he described. ?Only both you and your tongue feel like ice cubes at the same time. The icy cold hurts a little at first. But after you?ve left the cryochamber, you feel good. I had a funny experience once because I had just taken a shower before entering the chamber, my hair wasn?t completely dry yet. The cold froze my hair and broke parts off!?

I'm pretty heavily invested in Adamek!
First I parlayed him with Thompson, then with Klitshcko...and then both fights were cancelled!!

Adamek wont beat the Kltschkos (and Haye might be too much for him as well), but I think he's legit...and IMO his last 2 fights prove that!

Grant was finished about 8 years ago, and I think with his body and his chin (or lack thereof) he might have had a better career as a bodybuilder!

Adamek should win, and most probably inside the distance (what might be a good bet as well)!

BTW, does anybody know if there is any recent footage on Grant!?

Watching Wed. night fights on ESPN, and the Despaigne-Paines fight is a good one. Despaigne looks 20lbs bigger and winning every round, but this kid Paines has got big time balls! He's taken many shots that would've folded lesser guys, and he's fighting like hell in there. Pretty good technique as well. Now Despaigne cut bad in the 5th. Announcers giving Paines no credit whatsoever, so I will here. This kids last fight was at middle, and if he fights there or at SM he may have a future.

8 down and Despaigne reverting to boxing. He's cut and tired, but will stay on cruise control and win the fight. Paines isn't going anywhere. I like this kid, and he's still swinging away! I'd love to see him land a lottery punch.

Scores:

100-89
99-90
96-93 Despaigne

I give maybe 2 rounds to Paines on heart, but Atlas and Papa, not once did they mention how hard Paines was trying in there. These guy's get fixated on one thought, one track minds, and that's it!

Lara dusted up Lee in 1:48. Complete mismatch. Time to see Lara in a big fight.
