Like the MAB wager. Rocky is as game as they come, but MAB is super smart and knows this game like no other.

Yes, boxing is back on the box, the TV.
Lets drop a bucket into the betting well, maybe I'll hoist up some money?

Witter vs Corley
DeMarcus Corley is great, I won't touch the popcorn when he's on the TV. The primitive Britts will go berserk when androgynous Corley enters the arena, they will want him crouched like a bug. I know DeMarcus Corley is kind of a "loser" but if only Corley don't start acting and posing TOO much, he has a great chance here. Witter looked bad, I mean really, really, bad, versus Colin Lynes. Can Corley really lose to this silly Junior Witter?

I play
Corley over Witter +157.00, I play it medium.

Vazquez vs Gonzalez
Gonzalez is stepping up in weight and in class. Gonzalez is slow, no great defence, no great chin. Vazquez is the number one in the division, he can bang a bit.

I play
Vazguez over Gonzalez -154.55, I play it big.
Vazguez vs Gonzalez, under 9,5 rounds +125, I play it medium

Guzman vs Barrios
Barrios, a wild puncher, should have problems hitting elusive Guzman. Guzman's flurries steels most of the rounds but the odds on Barrios is ok.

I play
Guzman vs Barrios, over 10,5 rounds +105, I play it medium
Barrios over Guzman +148, I play it small

Barrera vs Juarez
If I had the choice, I would rather be in Juarez's body in this rematch. If Juarez is pressing it, just a little more, I see Barrera fade.

I play
Juarez over Barrera +142, I play it medium

oh,brother.........i just had west virginia and was absolutely sure i was gonna get buggered.....a guy drops a pass and i get lucky........

i hate when my team gets out to a huge lead when i`m laying significant wood.....

and i was thinking of you watching the terps drive down the field for what would have been an ugly backdoor loss.....

i was gonna come on here and commiserate with you.......because you got screwed...without a reach-around.....

i don`t know what those judges were watching.....

zuniga was busy...and won some rounds...but with the knockdown...and zertuche landing the heavy, hurtful shots,i thought you were in....

zuniga was clubbing while zertuche was still snapping shots off even in the last round, which he won...

he fell asleep at times....but still,no way...at least imo, does zuniga get the nod....

you picked it correctly....then got your pocket picked....

condolences....you deserved better...

hang in there,bro...

LAS VEGAS - SEPTEMBER 15: WBO lightweight champion Jorge Rodrigo Barrios of Argentina poses during his official weigh-in at the MGM Grand Garden Arena September 15, 2006 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Barrios, who was supposed to defend his title against Joan Guzman of the Dominican Republic on September 16, weighed in at 131 1/2 pounds, 1 1/2 pounds over the weight limit. As a result, if Guzman wins their fight he will claim Barrios' title. If Barrios wins or if the fight is a draw, the title will become vacant. (Photo by Ethan Miller/Getty Images)

i initially liked guzman`s skill in this one.....he`s much more talented than brawler barrios.....

but,as we read, barrios came in at 131.5...over the weight...

guzman was stopping guys at lower weights...not better guys at the higher weights...122

i`ve been looking around....and i`ve read that barrios is a master at the "arturo gatti dry out and come in 20 pounds heavier by fight time" deal.....

he didn`t quite make it this time...

he`s the bigger guy....probably stronger...but,i`ve thought for awhile that guzman is a guy with rare talent...

guzman, with an occasional brittle hand problem, hasn`t been knocking guys out of late....

he`s got a really big, albeit rough around the edges jr lightweight on his hands....

maybe to big?....

i see a big overall talent gap...

i see no "guzman by decision props yet.....have the over parlay....

may play barrios at +150....

i`ve read that the guy has come in at almost 20 pounds above the weight in some fights...

i had the over 10.5 here parlayed with the over in witter/corley,so i`m halfway home....

barrios` competition is mostly unknown to me....he was very resilient vs freitas....it was a war...

anchondo and nagy failed to show up....

so,the overs already done with the par...maybe? a shot with the less skilled , bigger guy at +150....

opinions welcome

LAS VEGAS - SEPTEMBER 15: WBC super bantamweight champion Israel Vazquez (L) of California and Jhonny Gonzalez of Mexico pose together after their official weigh-in at the MGM Grand Garden Arena September 15, 2006 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Vazquez will defend his title against Gonzalez on September 16. (Photo by Ethan Miller/Getty Images)

i`m not a vasquez fan..he just never thrilled me.....i`m no larios fan either.....so,maybe i`m hard to please...i think both are very good...not elite fighters....

but,is it me or does vasquez look stronger and thicker?.....regardless of the height,he looks like the stronger guy....

i like gonzales as a fighter...just not sure if he`s resilient enough....against a stronger,persistent guy...

we do know that theres no quit in vasquez....
