I also see that it's + money on the over. Since Wlad brought me in some money, I think I'm going to make plays on the Kras and the over myself. I see Kras winning a SD, even if he doesn't deserve it. Also, I think they had this fight today Soul because it falls on Max Schemelling's birthday.....

I like most of your plays Box. I was thinking the same about the Kid Diamond/Cambell under before I came here. My one question though is are you playing T.O.S. just the odds or do you really think he has a shot to win? I'm not a big Byrd fan, and I do think he's slowed down some. However, T.O.S. doesn't have the quickest of hands and is not the greatest technical boxer in the world. He also has a ?? jaw and usually shits the bed in big fights. Also, screw Luan!!! I was at least close to the over...oh well, I didn't lose that much on it anyhows.....

and check gabe brown`s fighting weights.....lord....

Thats exactly why I took a shot at the under here, besides the big + money. Brown's not going anywhere and he's not skilled. Whitaker's not a great fighter, but he's very tall, very strong, and has enough skill to get the job done. Given Brown's lack of mobility, I think Lance can pretty much end it whenever he wants and he knows he needs impressive wins to get back into the mix after loosing to Krasniqi.

Mostly the big + money, but I do expect this to be a very competive fight...early. If Williamson shoots his load going for the early ko and doesn't get it, he will tire and get outworked possibly stopped by Byrd.

We all saw how pathetic McCline was against a medocre Brock, that same McCline had Byrd down once and could have won a decision had he not hit the wall halfway through.

What you said is true, Byrd has gotten much slower and is getting lazy on defence. He lost to Oquendo imo, he lost to Golata imo, and he looked like sh*t against McCline untill...

I know Williamson is getting old himself but I think he's hungrier and will give Byrd all he can handle. Most think Williamson beat W. Klit not long ago.

Even odds...I give a slight edge to Byrd

+320...I'll take a small shot at Williamson

Minto is the better fighter, much more skilled mechanically, but he gives up plenty of height and weight against the blockhead. Minto will fight smart and be defensive untill the musclehead tires in the later rounds. Madd throws his punches from the stretch. Minto will have plenty of time avoid the haymakers, and he's already went 10 rounds with the linbacker so he knows exactly what to expect.

At even money I'll take the much more slilled guy, and hope he weathers the early storm.

If you can get Tarver less than -200 and Jones by decision at +400 its a pretty safe hedge.

Everything points to an easy win for Tarver but this is boxing and Jones is one of the most skilled and cerebral fighters ever. Who knows, maybe the Roy of old will come out and outbox Tarver, it wouldn't surprise me. To be honest I hope Roy wins and wins impressively, he deserves to be remembered as one of the best. But I don't see it happening at this point in his career, he couldn't even get off against Johnson who is right there to be picked apart.

Maybe Roy just had an off night against Johnson like Barrera did against Pac. We didn't get a chance to see how Roy looked in the Tarver rematch, but he won the first round before getting caught with the perfect punch. Hmm

Maybe that perfect punch, along with the huge shot Johnson landed to the temple, combined with his head bouncing off the canvas after getting clocked...have done permanent damage that Roys not aware of. I recall hearing that the Nevada boxing commission urged Roy to get his head tested, I believe Roy ignored this request.

Roy hurt his hand halfway through training camp, but claims it won't effect the fight. He hasn't done his share of promoting the fight, which is pissing Tarver off.

Tarver is ready...is Roy?

Like I said, I hope Roy wins impressively and then retires, but I don't see it happening
