Play here is Ruiz-130/Pacquiao-190. Pays 6-5. Johnnie boy wins ugly and seems Pac-man is on a mission. I was leaning Marquez as he has always been one of my favorites, but if Pacquiao has found he has a right hand, and actually fights smarter, he should prevail. I mean there ain't a better tech than Marquez; a complete package. I just think Roach has his charge prepared. Took him away from all the distractions.

Payoff is wrong. Slightly less odds. Price on Johnnie jumped like 35 cents @ 5Dimes last nite. Of course line movement is no assurance of anything, but it indicates interest or just 5 Dimes way of punishing the players with it's "feeler" numbers. I don't think I may be able to even watch the "new" Ruiz; the most repulsive boxing style there is, but he wins ugly so that's the bottom line.
Frank, I see this matchup as very much like Raffy vs Vazquez; Marquez a bit more skilled at boxing, but close, and Paquiao an edge at power, but close; and like Raffy, JMM's main focus will be to avoid his opponents powerful left hook; both fighters pretty evenly matched so it's a tough, close call, in the end I see it playing out like Raffy/Vazquez.
As i posted at your joint, this one pains me to bet, but it is such a marvelous matchup . And I totally agree, I feel the same way about your analysis. I just watched the replay with JMM and Rocky Juarez last nite. They need some better docs in Mexico!! That scar on Marquez's head from the auto accident is butt ugly. Tell me Roach hasn't told Pacquiao to draw a bead on that mess!I think we are going to try and get in the fight. This one should be even better than his brothers.
