Mundine a big favorite tonight in Australia

10 bucks against him for the hell of it ( I hate his guts)

I'm getting sick and tired of Mundine fighting these no-hopers...step up or shut up...

What do we think the odds wil be for Bika-Manfredo and Bundrage-Brewer? Its in Rhode Island, but Manfredo is trash. Also, Brewer has been off a LONG TIME.

Wow....I just read McGirt Jr. knocked down in the last round and held to a majority DRAW in Florida ! Wasn't he like -3000 ?

pathetic.

Sorry Ghost, I didn't notice this thread before making my thread about McGirt Jr. You already had it covered!

Im also glad Jr didnt lose, it keeps his status higher among bookmakers, we'll get a better line against him next time.

I like Bika, Manfredo can turtle up at times, which is the same thing that did Jaidon in. Bika's puinches are awkward and loopy, you can't afford to stand in front of him. I don't think Manfredo is good enough to be slick, nor does he have the power to keep Bika from coming forward. Jaidon is a much harder puncher than Manfredo, and even with a strong kd, he couldn't finish him. I see a volume-based win for Bika.

I think he'll be a solid fav, in that case it would be no play, I wouldn't bet Manfredo here. Soloman gave Bika trouble b/c he was equally awkward and high-volume, someone with Manfredo's traditional style and high guard will be outworked.

McGirt Jr., from all ringside accounts, clearly lost last night

agreed NJ, we have to keep a radar on this kid, as he clearly has chin issues....Joval never could punch. He made McGirt look better than he is....

kind of off-topic, but speaking if chin issues....check out vivian harris' last fight if you guys have a few moments...

it's streaming free here:

http://www.gofightlive.tv/showEvent.do?event=291

that cheat job by the ref in round 1 makes the Bute-Andrade ref look legit ! .... hilarious....

On paper Bika is favourite, but consider

- he took A LOT of punishment in his win over Codrington and hasn't fought since; does he still posess the same rock solid chin ?

- Bika ALWAYS uses his head; in Manfredo's backyard this could lead to a DQ if the referee is a local

LOL

One of my big dog picks for the weekend was going to be Ndou against Cintron....I figured moving up in weight he would be a 5 or 6 to 1 dog....

line just opened at +200....now I actually have to consider playing Cintron ! :mj07:

not sure i can bring myself to betting on the crybaby

BTW Bika-Manfredo opened at even...My play is going to be Bika

but I appreciate the advice crow...I will proceed with caution due to the Rhode Island location...a DQ or robbery decision certainly could be in our future tomorrow night...

Been researching this Bika-Manfredo thing and the venue is like a million watt billboard glaring out at me. So Manfredo by SD or draw is a possibility.

i wanted to take bika...i think he`s the bigger, stronger, more experienced guy....just a better, more determined fighter...

but that venue...whew....

winning in new england vs a hometown fighter can be more difficult than picking fly shit out of pepper with boxing gloves on....

manfredo is pedestrian, but,he`s tough to get out of there...so,it`s probably going to the cards...

all things being equal,i would have bika`d at -110...but,when i saw providence, the sac shrunk considerably...

i was immediately thinking of guys like scott pemberton and gary balleto and their bloated records...

the overs in both prov. fights looked tempting as parlay material..as do the under in the haye fight...and raul martinez at -400...

if theres a draw prop on bika/manfredo out there,i`d take a look at that as a credible hail mary play...

g.l bika dudes...i`ll be rooting for ya...

is new england that bad? this is for a vacant title, so it should have netural commissioned judges?

youre making me nervous here... i can buy manfredo back at the same price i got bika...

no no no no......don`t do that...bika is better...i really do think, though, that the draw at +1900 might be worth a 10 spot...

it`s possible that bika wins but they give manfredo a draw...

most of the guys in here like bika alot,so,you`re in with good company..
