I hope you guys don't mind me starting this small thread.

There is Frank Maloney card in Dublin where I belive overs might be of certain value, so I wouldn't like them going under the radar.

Main event is Rendall Munroe-Fabrizio Trotta for European super bantamweight title. Both fighters KO record is under 50% so I see over 10 for 1.83 as a value bet.
Munroe to win is 1.03, but to win on points is 2. I found this odd because most of Munroes stoppage wins (7 in 17 fights) were against fighters with loosing records
and Trotta has never been stoped (19 fights). I plan to hit this large.

Supporting act is Craig Watson-Adnan Amar for Commonwealth welterweight title. Both fighters are England based but Watson is F. Maloneys boy so he will feel "at
home". Watson is favoured (1.36) as he danced with better company (last win over M.Hatton) but it seems it will be compettive fight. Here you can se glimps of both fighters:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ic0TjUJmml0 and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-63JLd5Ij_4.
Again, both fighters KO ratio is well below 50% (4of15 and 6of23) so 1.5 for over 10 and 1.75 for going full route looks tempthing. Having said that, both fighters have found their punch in second part of their careers so I'm still thinking about this one.

old dirty

start a thread anytime you want bro...love to talk these out with you guys...particularly the local weekday cards

I'm thinking these two fights over myself

I've seen Munroe...slick guy...not a lot of pop...I like your play a lot

The other fight might be a stay away for me

Watson should win, but I know nothing about the other guy. I'm a little gunshy after the K9 knockout Saturday.

Also an Italian card Friday of some interest.

Paolo Vidoz vs Matt Skelton (heavyweights)
Gianluca Branco vs Juho Tollpola (junior welterweight)

good luck

here's a link with more info on the Dublin card:

Not at all old dirty!

I think its good to have a thread out early. :)

Apparantly its very tough to get some info or even footage onTrotta or Munroe...apparently there is an Italian artist with the same name... :142smilie

I didnt find too much on Trotta (the boxer) except his record.

As for a boxrec wager, this seems to be a decent bet...but Munroe has won some ref stoppages lately that you wouldnt have expected from him...

The Italian card looks prety decent actually.

If Vidoz is in good shape, I think he might be worth a shot...looks to me like a competetive 12rounder...but its in Italy...so Skelton really needs a ko.

I saw that Branco is a huge favorit over Juho Tolppola...Branco recently beat Lynes who won a wide decision over Tolpolla just before he lost to Branco...but still at the age of 38 Tolpolla might be worth a shot @+1250.

Yeah, too bad.

Books added Jason Booth-Sean Hughes bantamweight fight from the same card. They have it as a 50:50 fight. Booth seams to be much better fighter, but is older and smaller. Looks like pass fight.
But here is nice finish of Hughes rematch with Pickering

Booth just became favorite in all my books that offer that fight (sky, bet-at-home) except one (bwin).
So I decided to put something on him.
