Am I the only one that thinks this line should be in favor of ND? Last year with all the stars of USC ND dominated and should have won. USC won in the last min.... USC looked very sloppy 1st half against Cal... Both teams are pumped to play but if the best comes out of each team I feel like from watching week in and out ND is the better team....

I see what you're saying but not favored. Pick maybe. I have a hard time seeing SC getting up for a big game 3 weeks in a row. I'd take the value.

That's big insight, three big games in a row burns teams out in a big way...but then again ND may have some rust from playing teams like UNC and Army and Air force.... but never the less that is good insight...

I'm assuming that since ND hasn't been beating anyone that they can't favor them....that's fine but the way they played last year against USC and returning almost everybody along with heisman candidate Quinn vegas would know better than hang up 8 points on USC which makes me skeptical

scrstud where you been lately?

my guess is on the moon because he is saying notre dame should be a pick game against usc.

if both teams play their best games, usc is minimum 10 points better, and probably 14 with the game being in los angeles.

i think notre dame is a good team that deserves respect. but its going to take a monster effort for them to have a shot at winning outright in the coliseum.

making wedding plans and stuff....it's been hectic... I haven't been able to think about making big wagers in a while...but I'm really strong on ND today... I bet big on OSU though and never posted...so I have some money to play around with......

This line just boggles me....

ND's got low mileage on their engine playing all the cream puffs. They can now put the pedal to the metal. Why isn't the line moving? This should tell us something. I would think with all that Pub $ they would be moving the line.

Read Dr. Bob's statisticall analysis of the game. You will get a better feeling. They aren't good enough on defense to keep up...and their offense is not better than SC's...

And the last time SC lost at home...Was when Carson Palmer was the QB.

hahah its nice to hear from you too GMan lol....

I respect what your saying from the stats... but as far as from what I saw last year and USC losing a lot of people and ND keeping Quinn and a solid team together I think they should be able to win this game...

Last year it took a monster effort from Bush and Leinart to beat ND..... and I think this year it should be ND time to beat up on the So cal boys

It would be very hard for me to pull the trigger on USC after USC losing to Ore St. and than losing at half to Cal at home.....USC looked awful against Cal first half and it seemed like Cal 2nd half bended over and just took it which I don't know why but they did.....

We have seen what freshman QB's do under the big time spot light this year.... PSU kid against Michigan OSU against Texas's boy.... is it booty's turn....

He's been the super hero the last couple weeks but how much super hero does he have left? it's not like they have a reggie bush this year for an X factor...

Just played ND +8.5

THIS IS WHAT I TOOK:

ND +8.5 $500 to win ~$450

GLTA rookie QB against heiman QB it's like taking a featherweight champion against a heavy weight champion....

Lets see how good booty really is....note: special teams are much better for ND than USC

featherweight champ would be notre dame defense. heavyweight champ would be usc defense. i dont think theres any debate nd has the edge at qb tonight. but many people seem to overlook, or simply be unaware of, just how good usc's defense is starting to become. its on a completel different level from last year

I agree and this is where coaching comes into play. We'll see who out coaches the other. GL

i know the game is already 18 point lead for usc, but i think there is a debate. you can pencil booty up there for the heisman next year with the likes of mcfadden and such. this usc team is only gonna be better next year, and will give ohio st. all it can handle. booty had a fine year with a qb rating of 100 even with 22 and 6 and as he gains experience will only get better. quinn had a rating of 110.9 with 32 and 5. but notre dames rushing attack is pretty non existent.

quinn will be a great pro qb, but so will booty. quinn obviously has the experience factor, but booty will be just as good as palmer and leinhart in college as soon as its all said and done.

as i type, quinn shows me his wheels. he's great, but booty will be just as good in a couple.

got this game over 56 go offenses

been busy with nfl and nba. i don't play many ncaa football games. played the over in this one. unless they get another score before the half, might buy out of it at halftime.

i have to go finish eating crow about saying how great booty was. 2 picks since my post.
