I have a horse racing question about photo finishes.

Is there some logistical reason that a fucking camera can't be placed on the finish line for television?

You always hear, "hard to tell from this angle."

Well........get the actual angle!!!

Horse racing events/coverage is waaaay behind in the technology aspect. Baseball is second.
