favre does throw his share of bad interceptions, but what does not make the national media is that many of his picks are the fault of his recievers. after every game that favre throws inters it will come out later in the week in the local media that 1 or 2 them were the fault of his wr's. they run the wrong routes, dont come to the ball aggresivley enough, dont catch the ball and cause a deflection, etc.
this has gone on throughout his career in gb. and i am not saying favre has never been at fault, i am just saying that while many people remember and bash his games with 3 or 4 or 5 picks, many should also realize that you can only blame about half of them on him.
and while comparing favre with some of the other greats it would be interesting to compare some of the recievers favre has had to some of the wrs the other greats have had. favre has had one legit star at wideout over his career and that was sterling sharpe, other than sharpe he has made all the wrs what they were.

just to name a few of the scrubs that had respectable careers because #4 was the one throwing to them.
what sticks out to me about mondays game was the fact that he even played. dont think i could have seen through the tears.
the other thing that really sticks out is the game that the wrs had. this will be the best group he has ever played with. driver, ferguson, and walker are all very young and just now in the last few weeks they are starting to show their potential. your right when you say favre threw up a few ducks, but isn't that a weekly thing for culpepper? culpeppers ducks are great passes though because moss is on the other end to snag them. just maybe as these young wrs start to mature and step their games up favre is also realizing that he can throw up the duck and one of them will make the play. a few more ducks for tds and they become great passes. thanks for the game brett, it was a joy to watch.
