Brown on CNN states YES Jerkoff should be fired to. Brown said my hands were tied and I didn't do things right. Some what because of orders I was given. But Jerkoff did nothing and did not pay attention to urgent request till way to late.
Katrina did not have to be so miss handled. But when your boss won't listen??? Brown said.

I'm starting to feel sorry for Brown. A pathetic figure. He keeps getting beat up over something that, 1) was his job to be on top of, and 2) was obviously way beyond his experience level and ability to handle. Like making your three year old carry your bowling ball to the lanes for you, or putting Courtney Love in charge of organizing a Charity Tea for Sobriety.

NBC Nightly News featured him on tape 48 hours before the storm hit, and exhorting a room full of Federal Officials to get to work because this storm was going to be very serious. Like a traffic cop on valium trying to direct cars at the Indy 500. Nothing got done.

I knew nothing about Brown before that videotape other than his horse-herding experience and willingness to fall on the sword for Bush. It sure seemed like he was on the ball on that video, and being very specific about his concerns about what was about to happen. That does not extend to his abilities in running the organization in dealing with the disaster, but it paints a different picture of him in my mind as a complete moron.

I think, from the video, we all know who was/is the complete moron. It was the guy in charge of the US that asked NOT ONE SINGLE QUESTION ABOUT ANYTHING. Amazing.
