Looks like were gonna have the top two netminders in Thomas and Biron.
We all know about the Bergeron incident last time out and I expect folks will be playing a bit on edge. Perhaps this will be the physical Eastern style grind-it-out affair. Lots of checking and fewer shots.
Thomas is clearly playing well and is 3-1-1 with a 2.77 goals-against average in five career starts versus Philadelphia. On the other side, Biron is 6-1-2 with two shutouts and a 2.05 GAA this season at home.
Only a Briere hat trick would make this go over, and I'll take the under tonight with this short card.
