I have no idea whether petty is actually ready to step right in and win a game for the jets.........I do know that I watched him a few times in the preseason and was really impressed with the way he threw the football.....I made a mental note to keep an eye on the guy because I was so impressed with some of the throws he made.....he has real zip on some of his throws...
it`s a tough first outing vs a solid rams` defense(and the rams seem to play better on the road at times)...but if they`re patient with this kid,i think they might have something they can build with(certainly someone with more potential upside than Fitzpatrick or geno smith)...
not expecting aaron Rodgers in his first start....but,I may have to pull this one up on the computer...curious to see how the guy does...
