Everyone is taking Buffalo and I am looking for the reasoning. Ohio beat them at home and in Buffalo and yet Ohio is a 2 dog playing in what should be a supporting croud.

Need some help with this one.

thanks,
Bill

Actually, Buffalo will have as many if not considerably more in attendance than the Bobcats. They have traveled very well and have been by far the most vocal and visable fan base at the Gund this year.

I like the Bulls bench and experience, we will see how the youthful Bobcats handle the pressure of a championship game.

Thanks for your thoughts. The fact that Ohio has won twice should give them confidence but it also gives the Buffies a very strong revenge factor.

I know GMan picked Buffalo to win the conference title and i respect his opinion so maybe I'll sit this one out.

Thank,
Bill

In this MAC championship game, Buffalo, a team that joined the conference in 1997 and hasn't been to the NCAA Tournament since becoming a Division I school in 1991, takes on the Bobcats from Ohio, who are the slight favorites. Not in my mind. Buffalo has the edge down low with Idbihi, and on the outside with the MAC player of the year in Turner Battle. Ohio has had a nice run, but what a story it will be as the little guys from wing country come up and win this baby to get to the dance. Buffalo by six.

I do like OU @-2 for a moderate 2nd half play. I think that the Bobcats will make a game of it. They have had several good inside looks and should continue to do so.

Without regard to whom you may have been backing it was a very exciting and memorable MAC title game. You have got to give the kids from OU a lot of credit, they showed a lot of sack in the comeback.
