For the 3rd week in a row, there are no outright plays for this Tour. Too much unpredictability for me to risk money on the outrights, though at least this week a number of Simon Bold's 72-hole matchups do stand out.

72-hole plays:

R.W. Eaks to beat John Elliott -111 @ Simon Bold
Eight straight week of competitive golf for Elliott and with a withdrawal and a disqualification in this event, he should be one to oppose. Eaks should be fresher and has secured top-20 finishes in his last two visits to Mission Dorado

Bob Heintz to beat David Ogrin -111 @ Simon Bold
Much-needed week-off for Heintz last week and he should return to playing steady, if unspectacular golf. Ogrin, for his part has not been playing very much golf at all. He has played competitively twice this year and missed the cut both times. Will struggle on this Tour without focus

Craig Spence to beat Bobby Cochran -111 @ Simon Bold [2 units]
Spence has split his time between the main Tour and the Buy.com Tour this season and has had some good weeks. This play is basically against Cochran though. In 17 Buy.com Tour events this season, he has made the cut just once!

Mid-point update:

Only one matchup play survives to Thursday as both Ogrin and Elliott withdrew before teeing off. At least the only remaining play won at the cut. Cochran missed the cut and Spence won by two shots.

Not very often you see a player who has already won this season, who is 4 shots clear going into the final round quoted at 4/1 and still going e/w the 1st 4!
Simon Bold however do on Campbell

"Dear Wayne,

You can transfer funds from a master or visa card to a Simon Bold Account, but we cannot pay any winnings back on to either of these cards. For the paying back of winnings u need a debit card of some sort i.e. switch, delta, solo etc..

Final update: 1-0-0 and +2.00 units

Of the three initial plays, just the one was not voided through a player withdrawing and that was a winner at the cut. A 100% record on the week, I suppose!

Buy.com Tour ytd
Matchups/props: 10-4; +5.96 units
Outright plays: 1-8; -6.00 units

Cheers Ian for the winner with Campbell
