BYU @ SDSU- Cannot comprehend the line here.. I understand that BYU has given SDSU all kinds of trouble in the past, but it appears SDSU has figured them out. A 77-73 victory at SDSU last season, and a 62-51 victory in Mountain West Tourney. SDSU is coming off a tough win at Utah, which shows me they have really matured. They like to go up and down the court, but managed to defeat a tough as nails Utah team while playing at Utah's prefered pace. The problem with SDSU is Free Throws. They really struggle at the line, which could come back to haunt them i this is a close tilt. However, SDSU at a PK has got to be the play here. An ever improving SDSU team continues its upward rise and knocks of rival BYU at Cox Arena. Mackell, Burns, Bland, Moore, Hanour, Manker... THATS ALOT OF TALENT! SDSU PK

Akron @ Miami (OH)- Steel City, a very well respected capper here, has Miami as his best bet of the year..... but I just don't see it. Miami scores a lowly 56.6 PPG and 58.6 on their home floor. How can a team that cannot score be favored by 7 pts? Akron struggles on the road, but comes into this contest pouring in 83 PPG and 80 PPG on road. They have 2 studs in Tarver and Hollingsworth. Tarver leads MAC in scoring at almost 24 a game, while averaging over 30 in conference play. Neither team has any success rebounding, so that should not be a factor here. Miami OH will no doubt try to slow the game down, and Akron should be in this one right till the end, with a possibility of SU victory. AKRON +7
