Stole this little analysis from another poster at another site:

"I think a lot of the public is going to bang on BYU here........Nice value on Arizona as a mild favorite. The only two times this year BYU faced teams w/ D's ranked above 50th in the country(40th and 48th to be exact) they got thumped...........and here comes Arizona ranked 20th in the country, with a formidable offense themselves. The allowed 27 to Cal, 19 to Oregon State, 17 to USC and 10 in the rivalry game against ASU........three of those games were played in the last month of the regular season........sounds like a good time to take a mild favorite"

Also, all of BYU's W's have come from garbage teams, their only two losses were against the only two good teams they played; Utah & TCU
Now...Zona hasnt put up many quality W's either...but they have played better teams, and they have played each one close (Ore St: lost 17-19; USC: lost 10-17; Ore: lost 45-55)...
I'm not sure if this is flawed logic or stupid or what, but I think playing better competition close is worth more in a bowl game than easily beating teams that you should beat...
Plus, Zona is unranked and favored, and everyone loves BYU...

Thoughts??
