WTF is the purpose? Teams will not be able to increase their seed if that means moving up outside of their pod...
Team 6-10 will be seeded No higher than 6 even if the 6th team has a better record than 4th or 5th... This is really stupid? Anyone read the point? I am scanning and I do not see WHY they have decided to do this?
