Calculating run lines

Does anyone know how run lines are calculated? For example, the Brewers are -210 on the money line tonight but the run line is somewhere around +110. Is the someone "in the know" who can share if there is a mathematical formula for figuring these out?

If not, what is the most user-friendly site for finding closing run-lines?

OK, how about a website where I can get a history of closing runlines? I.e, if I want to know what the run line was on last Thursday's Padres game....where could I go to find it. Is there a site?
