I feel like a fool for asking this question and i know its a bit off topic. I have been capping for 4 years and i still do not know what exactly is an If/win bet and an Action Bet. Can someone please explain briefly what these two types of wagers mean.

An if/win or if/come bet is just as it sounds. You bet something and if it wins you have another team say later in the day that is now live, if your first bet loses the second team is now a no bet. Not sure what an action bet is.
