I have 535 bucks in my paypal account, I know the books no longer accept paypal since Ebay bought them but is there any possible way that someone can help me transfer this money to either a book or my neteller account? This isn't desperation or anything its just I was looking to make a few plays today and don't have other means to do so right now. I would be more then willing to pay a surchage or fee for anyone that can help me. Yall are the greatest hope to hear from you soon

Can't you just send it to a bank account, then transfer the funds from the bank acct. to Neteller? You would be just paying yourself from paypal then filling an acct. @ Neteller. Due to the two being competitors I don't think they will do biz with each other.
