I feel you buddy. . . frustrating finish as far as the cover goes because Arizona had so many damn open looks at point blank range underneath the basket. . . easy layups blown yet still won by 9. USC was horrific in the 2nd half. . . then Frye had a chance to get the cover with 3 seconds to go and blows the dunk. Then Walton had a chance to go back up and put it in, but pulls it back and lets the clock run out

Given the day I have had, I will gladly take the push though as stupid as that sounds.

lol. . . the game was not fixed. . . Frye's missed dunk happened because he wasn't careful with the shot. . . several players have missed dunks in the past in other games. Again, Arizona missed several easy shots when the game was still in doubt which shows me they weren't playing very focused tonight. . . probably lucky to get the win even though they finally started playing better 'D' and rebounded the ball on the defensive end.

Also, not sure if any of you saw Lute's reaction at the buzzer. . . he was pissed that Frye EVEN TOOK THAT SHOT! If I know Lute, he was yelling "NO SHOT" when Frye got that ball and may have distracted Frye from making that dunk (although obviously hard to do). If you were Walton and just heard that from Lute and got the rebound, would you go back up for the shot? Also, Walton struggled the entire game. . . I wasn't the least bit surprised that he chose to run out the clock in that split second decision. . . probably was praised by Lute in the end while Frye was getting an earful in the locker room.
