Both being handicapping the games and booking the games?

I have several "outs" for placing my wager and my local "out" past away.

I have interest in picking up action from some of the guyz who placed there wager with the local.

Can both be done?

If u want to book locally, u should win plenty doing that so u don't have to worry about handicapping anymore. I wouldn't want to do it, too time consuming, and too many phone calls.
