You can still get your booze here at the grocery stores, Sams, Costco, Kroger, and the local liquor stores have curbside. They have a table setup outside, you can stand in line, 6' apart, then order and they bring out to the table, pay and leave. Or, you can call from your car, pay, then they will bring and put in your trunk.

I was drinking way more than normal for the first month but starting last Sunday I decided to slow it down and take a break but liquor is always available. It's considered an essential here in Indiana.

I had been ordering my wine from www.splashwines.com and have 15 bottles in my cooler for when the urge hits me. BTW, you wine drinkers out there, is this a decent deal at Splash? I have no idea.

Today might be a beer day. Fuck it. :toast:

What kind of wines do you like Jack? Reds-Whites-Blends?? What is your favorite wine to drink?
I am a red fan--Pinot Noir from Oregon-Red Blends from Cali & Syrahs from Washington.

I've never been a wine drinker so trying to figure that out. I think I prefer the whites from what I've tasted.

Is this a good deal?

We recently got an insane deal on a couple incredible Pinot Noirs from one amazing, famous winery in Oregon, including a $60 retail wine (even on their own website!). Here's the catch: the deal is so amazing that we can't tell you the name of the winery. You won't find it anywhere on our site. But know this: the two Pinots retail for $35 and $60, respectively. For this incredible deal, you can get 12 bottles, 6 of each Pinot, for just $95. You won't know the wine in advance, but you are still guaranteed to love every bottle and we know that this is one of the best deals we've ever offered.

I would say yes. Things like this you never know what's included sometimes wines wineries can not get rid of-but still a good price.

What are they like? I don't think I care for the real rich reds, maybe if they're on the lighter side. I'll give them a shot if you recommend.

Liquor stores here are open like normal....walk in and shop like going to Wal-Mart.....but with everything going on I have used the drive through as of late.

I won't vouch for what is in there like anything else there are good PN's and not so good PN's. Good Pinot Noirs are mellow with deep finishes--smooth. Pinot Noir grapes have the skinniest skins so more body to the drink. Great with BBQ meats. There is a PN out of Oregon where they ferment from uncrushed PN grapes-leave the skins on -called whole clusters-good stuff. To me Oregon makes the best PN's.

This comment for sure Jack. Can you take a picture with what they exactly sent you? I know hawkeye and I would love to see what really shipped. Pinot with body is definitely my favorite wine, no doubt. Remember that when you hear red burgundy's those are made in France with solely the pinot noir grape. And white burgundy wines are solely 100% chardonnay grapes.

I didn't order those yet. Here's what they have going on now. Knowing zero about wine, I'm not sure it's a good deal or not. I've bought 3 times and always get sent 15 bottles of mixed. If you click the pic you can see what they are sending. I've never paid more than $90. They send email specials probably 4 times a week. When I get low I buy. Some suck but I can drink anything.
