WELL WELL

its about time for some good ol fashion late night rugby action......
Did something a little different tonight as I am a 100% pick stealer when it comes to rugby. I don't know the rules, the players, the length of game, penalties, or anything else.

HENCE MY PERFECT RECORD: 2-0 LIFETIME

I'm having major issues with the trustle. Two good cappers like the canadians, another pumpkin says its too close to call but slight edge to tonga.

WHAT TO DO WHAT TO DO:shrug:

Well E-Z MONEY$$$ came up with the perfect solution.....Not only is e-z going to make one play tonight, he will make 2 in an unheard of death defying logic. That's right boys and girls and canadians and all you tongans out there. E-Z went to the drawing board and figured out how he can make the dough and make everyone happy.

Drum Roll PLEASE............................:violin: or i gues a violin will do...

1 unit Tonga -160 moneyline
1 unit Canada +5.5:canada1

We are prognosticating a 1-5 point win for tonga with Canada staying well within the 5.5 number............if not, worst i can do is lose .6 units and will still be up 1.4 for my first world cup of many many more to come. But I see a plus 2 unit night tonight. E-Z will not be denied:nono:

Off to watch 24 on Tivo.....be back for all the exciting action that is RUGBY.....

well EZ........I have to say I appreciate your logic.....but I got Canada +5.5 on two big ass parlays............so I'm hoping for a nice score of 77-0 for Canada.........no sweating it out.....just Canada blow em away.........boom bam boom :)

sorry to put your logic down..............but we all know I'm the rugby expert and I say Canada wins outright :p

there....I have spoken......:D

(and I myself am about to watch 24 on tape......!!!)

I hear ya easy money, I was really leaning toward Canada and points, but am now torn as two other trusted rugby cappers along with Pumpkin are on Tonga, here is what they wrote---
Capper 1
" put Tonga by 12. I think I'll stick with this. I would not be surprised to see Canada put forth their best effort this RWC. I think they have been under performing thus far, and with Al Charron most likly bowing out after this test, I'd look for them to pull out all the stops. That said, Tonga by 12. I would love to see the maple leaves pull one out though! "
Capper 2
"I think that both sides have something to prove and I think the team that will prevail is ... Tonga.

The buildup to the RWC been poor for Canada (losses against teams that Canada never loses to, unavailibility of players) Dave Clark has proved to be a horrible coach. I just do not see Canada being able to turn around 4 years of decline in one 80 minute match!

I will still be watching and I hope my analysis is wrong (desperately so!) but....

I think that this game has the potential to have the most injuries & hard hits of any game in the tournament. Everyone knows that Tonga is filled with hard men and even when Canada was able to beat France, Wales, Scotland etc (in the last 10 years... big sigh), we didn't do it with our sublime skills or good looks. We were a poor-mans version of this years England squad... big dominating forwards and a kicker who was automatic. The Canadians will look to match and beat the Tongans physically.
Miserable game to play in, fun to watch"

So im still deciding, not sure yet, will be back later with a pick:D

haha, me too. I dont know CHIT about rugby, hell, I dont even know how its scored, but im such a degenerate LOL that I just love having late nite action that ill throw a few bones on it--just trying to decide which side. I did show that Olympic just moved Canada to +5.5 -112, so im guessing a little more $$$ is hitting Canada right now..........

half hour til kick off or whatever its called. Seems like everyone in this thread is on canada + the points. I hope we all cash tonight....especially kick whos got this in a bunch of parlays. Unfortunately the E-Z wants tonga to win, but Canada to cover.

Not much room for error, as we have been negotiating with the referees and the austrailian officials. We think we've paid off the right people and are expecting the tongans to win on a last second something 24 -22.......Therefore the whole board wins and all is well in rugby land......

By the way, I'm thinking of starting a rugby service if anyones interested.... I will be charging $4,000 American for 1 month of all the rugby picks you can handle....MY RECORD SPEAKS FOR ITSELF
100%

Good luck everyone and go CANADA keep it close:D

ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND....I AM THE RUGBY EXPERT

I AM 2nd to NO ONE

When my children go to sleep at night, they go to sleep secure knowing that their father is the rugby expert. Sportswriters want my sources, vegas wants me to set lines and you are the expert.......:nono: :nono: :nono:
I can steal picks better than anyone in rugby:D

Good luck...lets go Canada keep it close

LMAO at u US degenerates :D

Not like that at all meself

Am passing on this game so will cheer on the Canucks for some moral support :)

btw, game won't start for 90 mins ... daylight savings changes fellas ;)

what I will also "root" for is 2 Tongans sent off - they head the Bad Boys table with three yellow cards 2 date so a few more head-high tackles tonight would be perfect with me on 'em at 7s

I notice Muliaina ain't at 33-1 anymore as top tryscorer either :D
