Put a message in off the wall forum. Kickserve does not always multitask.

Burlington, Ontario is where kickserv was born, and Burlington is where kickserv grew up:00hour

As for place to eat, here is a cheap place to eat that is kind of a tradition if you grew up in Burlington, if you went to High School in Burlington you ate here at least once, nice greasy unhealthy food, but tasty......

Burlington Charcoal Pit
2031 Lakeshore Road
Burlington, Ontario
L7R 1A2

If you are just looking for a place to chill (read a book, check e-mail, etc.) Spencer Smith Park on the lake is a nice place to sit on a bench and take it all in......

Not sure where you are staying, but if you are staying downtown you'll be close to the park, a nice place for a walk or run.

By the way not sure if you have been to Niagara Falls or not, but you are about a 60 minute drive (no traffic) from the Falls. There are also casinos there.

Oh and speaking of gambling, you do realize you can bet on Sports legally in Ontario....

Kick, thanks for the information :0008 , safe to say I don't plan on spending any time at the park. We are staying on Service Rd just off the 403. Will have to check out the sports betting for sure. When we stayed in Mississauga we liked to go to moxie's, is there any place like that, good beer, hot women.

What about Adult Entertainment? I have a feeling I will be up in Canada several times more of the next year.

Parlay cards? Is that what you meant by sports betting?

Moxies is a chain restaurant that are located throughout Canada. And I agree lots of hot women there, I have been there three times and every time there are always attractive women there.

Sadly there is not one in Burlington:cry:

Seeing not good reviews of this place and some places saying it is closed. What other towns are near by? How long from Mississauga during mid morning, and at night after rush hour?

From where you are staying......

To Hamilton Downtown = 15 minutes/25 minutes with traffic

To Oakville Downtown = 20 minutes/35 minutes with traffic

To Mississauga Downtown = 35 minutes/65 minutes with traffic

To Niagara Falls = 60 minutes/80 minutes with traffic

To Toronto Downtown = 50 minutes/95 minutes with traffic

Traffic is really really really bad in that area. Really bad:scared

Note: Where you are staying is close to Hamilton border.

The driving distances I gave above are NOT for the 407 ETR, that is a toll road that is faster (depending on where you are going of course) but expensive.

http://www.407etr.com/tolls/tolls-explained.html

Note: If you have a rental car and drive on that road expect an extra charge on your credit card, just a heads up. But hey if you are in someone elses car, take it, you won't have to pay anything:00hour
