I will be visiting your great country again next week. Saskatchewan to be exact. Can't wait for some more french fries with gravy!

no sir! Was one of the darndest things. Everytime we ate and I got french fries, the waitress would say, "with gravy?" I finally caught on to the deal that Canadians serve them with gravy, lol.
that's different, lol! Nobody in Canada knows what sweet tea is either. I'll miss that for a week.
was in Toronto last year, the airport at least, but this time, we are driving. 24 hour driving time, that ought to be a fun time

Had the pleasure of entering Canada for all of 10 mins Saturday Got to spend the weekend in Moosehead (Rockwood) took the 45 min jaunt thru Jackman to the duty free shop for my token 2 cases of "Real Biere".
Its late now (Cases in the cellar), but I just realized I didnt check to see if the bottles were 11.5oz or 12oz, might be back in the A.M. to bitch

Just went to check on my Biere, and I'm here to report the Canadian Biere companies not only rip us Americans off but also the fine folk across the border.
I was able to purchaser 2 cases of Biere(warm, no cooler at the border) at the duty free and scoot back to the camp in Rockwood.
But on futher review the Biere companies of Labatt's & O'Keeke need to be dealt with, all bottles were 341ml = 11.5 ozs. Now normally I would pitch a bitch, 2 cases 48 Bieres - .5 ozs or a loss of 2 true brews. But being the true bargain shopper Mainer that I am i quickly snag a 28 pack of O'Keefes along with 24 party pack of Labatts. So sports fans instead of loosing 2 Bieres in the deal, I snag an extra 45ozs (or 3 3/4 Bieres) from the UnAmerican Canadian Biere companies.
Time, something needs to be done across the border, and I will leave it in your capable hands to show the Canadian Biere Companies that we wont stand for this short fall of 1/2oz per Biere.

I prefer my french fries with Mayonaisse, Senor . The trip ended up taking 29 hours instead of 24 We had a great time, hunted near Kenosee Lake, SK. On the way back, the transmission blew on the interstate, so that wasn't fun. Anyway, Canada is beautiful and I always have a great time there. I also learned what flax is!
