Canadian Tour Question

Stanley or anyone else really who follows the Canadian Tour,
What is the competition like on that tour? I've looked through some of the fields but I couldn't find any place that ranks the level of competition between the tours. Is there a tour that is lined, such as the South African Tour, that is an equivalent to the talent level on that tour?

It would put the Canadian Tour on a par with the European Challenge Tour or the Asian PGA Tour, but above the Southern Africa Tour (except co-sanctioned events).
