I wonder if any other book out there does this.
I have a account with Canbet and have just recently requested a payout, the reply I got
after requesting the payout (to my bank account) was that as I had deposited money through Netteller that they would first have to put the same amount back to netteller 1st before they can deposit any money to my account.
How bizare is that???
I would be very interested if anyone else has found other books that do this.
Thanks

You need to set up an account with Paypal so you don't have to get caught up in this kind of chit. If it were Paypal, then they would deposit your winnings anywhere you wanted them to...

Have to admit that I'm clueless as well. It shouldn't matter where they want to put the money cuz they're still gonna be out the money they owe you. For a minute there, I thought it might have something to do with the cost of getting the funds to you. BUT, with Paypal they could do it for a few pennies... They've stumped me on this one.....

turtle, it's called, "jumping through hoops"! Anything they can do to make it harder, I reckon. Sometimes people get tired of the hassle, leave their money in, and then lose it.

I see your point here though. Do you have your neteller account set up with your bank account? I think they call it certified. If so, it's easy to just transfer to the bank after they transfer to neteller.

SixFive,
Yep you are right, I have sorted the problem by phoning Canbet and they will now put it straight into my bank account.I have not linked netteller to my account as I didnt think I would need to but will now!
