It was almost exactly like this video, maybe even worse.

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/V5DeDLI8_IM" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>

THEN....after I finally thought I successfully canceled, they took another payment the following month.

So back to scratch to get that money credited back. I went through the whole thing again.

I finally pulled it off, right?

2 months later I get a refund in the form of a gift card. Look at the amount refunded and loaded to the gift card. It was supposed to be around $120. FUCK it, I finally gave up.

When I returned the equipment to The UPS Store the girl asked if I wanted a receipt and told me I better keep it in a safe place because they are known to come back 3-5 years later saying they never received their equipment and send a bill for all those months since you canceled. You have to be out of your mind to deal with those people.

Ridiculous. SiriusXM is not much different. Anytime I purchase a new vehicle, I have the hardest time getting them to stop billing me for the old vehicle.SiriusXM is not much different. Anytime I purchase a new vehicle, I have the hardest time getting them to stop billing me for the old vehicle.

I dumped DISH 3 years ago. I use a digital antenna for the local channels and a firestick with a couple of outside Apps loaded on it for any sporting event on the planet that I want to watch— as long as it’s televised…
yeah, I put up with some lagging and sometimes have to search a while for a working link, but I have fiber optic internet so when I find a working link, it rarely goes down.
