Capitals 3rd Period

So I had this post written up on Wednesday which is very similar to this one and never hit submit.

Basically I have noticed the caps starting slow and heating up in the 3rd period.

Its tough to find stats on the 3rd period
if any one has a link i would be interested and appreciative

Minny on a back to back should only help
Had philly last night

Caps lost vs Montreal but the over and Caps both hit for the 3rd period play

NHL 3P MINNESOTA v 3P WASHINGTON Over 1.5 -125

Quite a few times I've bet the caps live once they've fallen behind. Lots of winners and huge value

yep their 1st period has been weak
....in last 8 games only scored 1 goal 2 times.

however in their last 5 games they have given up 1-1-2-0-2
but are 5-2 overall 4-1 l5
so if you like wash wait till they trail in 1st per and get em live....
and/or take a chance like i did vs mont +175 1p and take other team for 1p

had some errands to run after work

Caps still seems to start slow aside from that 1230 game vs Chi

Over could have hit in the 3rd too but had a nice run of 4 in a row or so

Too hard to Guage the effort of toro..just better to watch Toda y with this mini slate of games tonight
