I am always surprised when hockey season arrives. I do not pay much attention to hockey until January, but I will post from time to time when I see a situation I like. Tomorrow is such a situation.

Surprised to see this line so low so I will happily climb aboard. I am still in shock that the Caps lost to Carolina last year as I did not think Carolina was close to the team that the Caps were and I still don't. Carolina had a great run last year, but I doubt it happens again. The Caps are as good, if not better, than last year even without Kuznetzov for tomorrow's game. I think the Caps want this one, and if the preseason was any indication, this is going to be a hotly contested game. Caps have looked good to start the season, especially defensively, on the road and I think they give the crowd what they want tomorrow. Holtby even rested tonight (Samsanov by the way is going to be a strong goalie. He's only 22 and they have been excited about him for years). I assume the line is low because of the back to back games but I do not think it matters this early in the season. I really expected to see a -150 on this game because I see a motivated Caps team at home.
