I requested a withdraw on April 17 and it is still pending. I have contacted them multiple times and they keep saying they are working on it, but there is higher than normal withdraw requests so it is taking longer than normal. It's going on 2 months almost and still in pending status. Should I be worried about not getting my money and has anyone had a bad experience with them in the past?
