cub fan/ gambler here. that being said, i'll take a stab with the cards today. i feel the cubs fading fast. they just threw trachsel into the rotation for god's sake. bullpen is terrible. can't ever seem to get timely hitting, not in my lifetime anyway.
piniero has been very solid so far as a card, cards hitting lefties well, and lilly's lost both home starts this year to the deadbirds. and don't ever forget cubs bullpen.
in short, i'm willing to risk a shot at plus money with 2 comparable teams. cubs losing momentum (though cards not too hot either) and i'll predict a typical, dissappointing letdown from the cubs. my beloved cubs...
