you can never get on, the customer support sucks and are clueless. They say they will send memos with new IP addresses but if you can;'t get logged on you can't get the new address so they say call back. Today is Saturday> SUnday will be a lot worse. You better put money into another book if you want to gamble on superbowl sunday
