Anyone else have a horrible time this week with Carib? A couple of night ago I had to wait 40 minutes on the phone with them so my $200 Visa giftcard deposit could go through. Really 40 minutes. Then I called back to make another deposit and waited 25 minutes and there was no approval as of yet. The rep put me on hold for 13 minutes without checking on me. I couldn't even put my bet in because he wasn't there. :cursin:
I talked to a supervisor, Junior, and voiced my concerns. He said that their CC processor was slow that day and really didn't seem that concerned that the rep kept me on hold for 13 minutes. I was offered a $25 free promo square for my troubles :mj07: Today around kickoff of the playoff game there website doesn't and their phone rings 15 times and disconnects you. I was told to put my bet in earlier. No one takes responsibility for thier equiptment malfunctioning. Later today the first half of the magic game wasn't graded. With 6:00 minutes left in the 3rd I send them a message asking to grade it. No answer with 1:00 left in the 3rd. I call now and they finally grade it. They say they have been having system problems all day. All of the my other bets were graded in a decent amount of time. Another excuse. Earlier I call and want to make a bet. Because the majority of my money was in the casino it had to be transferred. I tell the man that there is a problem with the website and phone, he said he doesn;t know of anything. I'm transferrred and the casino people keep me on hold for 7 minutes and tell me there is a problem with the system. I call sports back again and try to make a small bet. The game has kicked of. Now this girl said she was aware of a system problem for awhile. How does a person working in the same department doing the same job not know this information? Anyway I'm really fed up with this poor service, especially since they don't want to take responsibility of the poor service. I'll be the first to tell you they are usually good and quick in answering responses. Maybe this is an isolated incident, but I'm not holding my breath.
