A friend of mine and I were discussing this line.

First of all, where did it open? Best bettor says Georgetown opened @ Pinn at -1.5 -104.

Then to pk, then -2, -2.5, and now sits at -3 there. Oly has -2.5.

I laughed out loud when my friend asked me if Carmelo was returning to play for Georgetown today.

What is going on here? The super trap of the century? Cuse isn't that playing that well right now, but geez, the Hoyas just lost to St. John's (of all teams).

Obviously we are missing something on this game.

There are maybe 5 or 10 people out there who will back Georgetown today. I don't get it. This line in no way will balance the action. It's impossible.

Is this one of those "I cannot explain the line so let's bet Georgetown" plays?

HELP PLEASE. Is half the Cuse team injured?

Thanks.

Hard to figure out.

SU comes in healthy, missing only Edelin. GMAC may have tweaked his grion on Monday night but should be able to play without concern today. He looked fine on Monday in 2nd half, except for his shooting eye.

SU has had difficulty with physical treams, especially in rebounding. GT does not fit that bill. SU should be able to hold their own on the board.

SU will have the 2 best players on the court on their side in Warrick and GMAC.

No way can GT play as bad as they did vs. STJ on Wednesday. Qualifies as their worst loss in 20 years IMHO. How Eserrick keeps his job is beyond me.

SU is 0-5 ATS after a loss this year.

Much better games then this one. Two inconsistent teams in a rivalry game. I could see either team winning by 5-10 points.

2-fingers,Have been capping this game since the Hoya-Johnnie.GMAC status is a concern but I think he's playing.
Johnnie's 2-3 zone just shut down the Hoyas.Hoyas shooting is terrible. It just wasn't the Johnnies great defense.
Cuse plays the same zone only better then StJ's.Missing "E" at the pt makes GMAC move to pt,Pace up to 3,etc
But I had the number at -5 or 6,so I'm jumpimg on the Cuse.Lyr Cuse did beat them away, but in the past Hoyas have won at home.
I think it comes down to matchup problems and Warrick and co should be able to handle this poor shooting team.
NakedOne,I think at first everyone looked at the number.Hoyas cannot play as bad as the did.Losing to the Johnnies with that team is unreal. But Hoyas are not a very good team. They play all the St Mary's of the Blind schools and are 10-0 in Dec.
I like Cuse today. GL

Both teams coming off bad losses, Hoyas at Jt. John's and Syracuse at home with ND. I think Cuse is far better team and should handle Georgetown pretty easily. I got Cuse by 7.:D
