Hello everyone,
New to the forum and offshore betting.
I noticed on one of the sports books casino page, winners of progressive jackpots. Are these real people? Am i being paranoid or is this not a good idea to have your name and place of residence on those pages? Also, does that mean they should report winnings to IRS?
Just not sure about what is legal. If this is not OK to talk about please delete!
