I will be 100% sold on their title chances if they keep it up through the next series. The Hawks just can't beat the Cavs. But the Cavs have been playing laser focused.

misleading against an inferior Hawks squad though the Cavs are starting to play like the champs they wish they were.....if they keep shooting 3's like this, they very well could be.....but I think the genie goes back in the bottle after they win the east.

misleading how? it is what it is. very few teams win that game, especially after getting down in the third. there is no genie in the bottle or any of that nonsense. this team coasted big time in the regular season. they are playing at a different level now. whether it is good enough or not i don't know, but it certainly might be.

The cavs will be able to roll over whoever they play next round. Both teams are terrible. Play with no pace and always end up with bad shots late in the shot clock. The cavs will run either team out of the gym

Yeah exactly. The cavs r a good team but the East is an absolute joke. The Spurs/warriors is gonna b the real NBA finals. We can watch Lebron flop into the 6th row from a 165 pound point guard in early June for 5 games.

just in case no one has noticed, the East is awful just like it has been for as long as anyone can remember - just truly pitiful, so as usual Lebron has an easy path to finals only to be exposed when he finally meets real competition

just still pissed at that luckbox bounce of the ball out to Ray Allen for 3 against the Spurs or else Lebron would have a grand total of 1 ring despite automatic entry into the finals most years he has aligned himself with other all stars

The Hawks are pathetic. Second game in a row they choked their guts out when it came down to crunch time. Zero pressure on the Cavs because even if they drop a game, there is no possible way the Hawks could ever win the series. Not ever. It's easy to play well with no pressure.xstop

Lol but meanwhile when the Warriors beat Houston and Portland you guys suck them off like they're accomplishing something great. The cavs have played two teams that are better than both of those teams and have zero losses. But hate for LeBron is so strong that you guys are blinded.

I don't hate Labron. It's very simple. Spurs, Warriors, and Thunder in the West. Cavs in the East. Every other team is just a formality. Who cares if Toronto is better than Miami? Or if Atlanta is better than Toronto? Nobody cares.:toast:

Calling the east is a joke. The West was 4 teams and a bunch of TV fillers for the 1st round. Fortunate for the Blazers the Clippers 2 best players got hurt. Cavs still would've beat Blazers, yet everyone wants to pound the chest of the Warriors for beating up on 1 horrible team and 1 average team.

Blazers = 5 seed in the West. Would've had to play down to the wire in the East just to make the playoffs. West is top heavy and the rest is complete garbage. The East is balanced out top to bottom, with 1 super team.

Just accept it, LeBron will be in the finals again, and it's not going to be an easy path for everyone's golden team(s) :mj07:

Turndown...yammer all ya like, and I know you will. The proof will come in June when the Cavs play the Dubs and if both teams are healthy, The Dubs will repeat as NBA champions..Fairly straight ahead script, but you can add all the drama and what-ifs that you like...Cavs are playing well right now, but as someone said, it's easy to play well when there's no pressure...The pressure will be on the Dubs to repeat, not the Cavs.

Dubs healthy = nobody beats them in a 7 game series this year. Nobody. Not LeBron, Not Kawaii, Not KD. they're just too good and too deep...

Who knows, given the Warriors playoff track record the last 2 years it's highly likely that the Thunder/Spurs lose an important piece and the Cavs lose an important piece. So you're probably right. The Warriors will win another title without beating anyone.

We will see come the Finals :0074

I see what you did there though. Trying to change the conversation by discrediting what they're doing by a result from last year and "what if's." I guess it's only ok for you bandwagon fans to play that game huh?

I don't care...going 7-0 through 7 playoff games is IMPRESSIVE! On top of that scoring 100+ in all of them! All playoff teams are worthy of being GOOD at this stage. That's just straight domination! Cavs are under the radar and could easily win this thing. LeBron is normally the talk of EVERYTHING, but in the shadow of the Warriors and Spurs has made him more dangerous. Having Love and Irving full strength doesn't hurt either. As of now I see Spurs/Cavs finals. This whole Curry injury thing is going to be the downfall of the Warriors unfortunately in the end. I think this injury is more serious than we are seeing. You can't just take all of these games off and all of sudden be ready to get back to being super star and vs a LOADED Spurs team who is out for blood vs GST. Pop wants this team BAD! Curry needs to get back ASAP to get the rust off, but I think it's going to be too late especially if this Blazer series is over quick.

It's hard to take someones argument serious when they exaggerate. "165 pound PG" :violin:

On top of the fact, who the hell wants to go 6 rows into the stands? Like really? If a player is going to flop, he's not going to fly into the unknown.

The Warriors, and Bogut in particular...as well as Thompson who repeatedly pushes off, get away with more moving screens than any team I've ever seen. The Warriors have mastered that extending the elbow out to create an extra 2-3 feet of separation(all Curry and Thompson need). They know the NBA officiating is a joke and won't call it every time. So what if they call it 5 time a game? If you run it 80 times, it's ok.

TDFW...Criticize your own team while you're at it.

I wonder if the CAVS employ a chiropractor for all the NECK ADJUSTMENTS your team needs ! :142smilie

Cleveland museum of Art presents : The Cavaliers in : The Art of Head Flopping !

I don't think I have ever seen more FLOPPERS on a single team than on CLEVELAND.

Everytime Irving goes in at a defender his head flops back...

Everytime JR touches the ball his head flops back...

Everytime DELAVADONGER touches the ball his head flops back....

No need to keep on going.

The have mastered this cheap trick to attain fouls in which MANY have been called with no one actually being fouled.

Sorry but you cannot disagree...
