Can't tell me this isn't scripted. Will avoid having to play the Celtics, Bulls, Wizards, or Hawks until the ECF. Meanwhile the media is overblowing their struggles of late. Most people would argue they shouldn't fear any team and would win the EC regardless. But that wasn't the point here. They will beat Indy in 5, then play Toronto or Milwaukee and likely beat either team in 5 or 6. Flip the script, give them the 1 seed and they are likely playing 6+6 at least in the first 2 rounds. You may argue it's only 2 games, but I bet if you asked the Warriors team from last year if they could turn back the clock, they'd love those 2 extra games off.

2 extra games off in the NBA playoffs could end up being a weeks worth of rest.

But with that being said, they need to get it together because it seems as if they've been waiting for the playoffs since Christmas.

I think you're wrong. Struggles all month have not been acting.

Don't sleep on the Raps. They play great defense and will be a tough 2nd round out. Cavs with great offense and piss-poor defense vs Toronto's excellent defense and respectable offense (2nd best offensive efficiency in the East after CLE). It's not a coincidence they have the best point differential their conference - by a full point per game over the Cavs, I should add. Cavs will have to be hitting their outside shots to keep pace with their size and length down low, which they don't match up well with.

I agree, Toronto is my sleeper in the East.
In the West I'm going to take Utah to pull off 1st round upset.

The only chance Toronto has being a sleeper in the East is the Toronto Blue Jays in the AL EAST LOL

The Raptors along with pretty much every team in the East are not as good as the top 3 teams in the west. The raptors aren't as good as they were last year even. Cleveland will likely default its way out of the East, but their struggles are real. Don't think they're like the Yankees of the 90's and can just turn it on when they get to the postseason. In the end, if the Warriors stay healthy, there's nobody taking them in a best of 7 series. The Blazers will probably give them their toughest out of the entire postseason, unless the Rockets beat the Spurs in the next round and the Jazz beat the Clips in the first round (and get Gobert back). Otherwise might as well put a ring on it! Dubs are your 2017 NBA Champs. this isn't or shouldn't be news to anyone, but I love seeing Warriors haters and LeBron devotees trying to convince themselves that there are other teams with a chance. Is there a chance for someone else to beat the Dubs. Tow chances, SLIM and NONE. Better hope slim get's fat, but there's ALWAYS some chance, unlike what KNUCKLEHEAD Barkley said last night before the Bulls/Celts game "There ain't no chance the Bulls are wining this game tonite"..Thanks Chuck... clearly, you don't get paid the big bucks because somebody thinks you actually know what you're talking about...:mj07:.

Don't sleep on the Spurs my friend. As for the East no argument unless the Cavs blow this lead also.

Oh no doubt Spurs are legit!!! They could win this whole thing. But I don't see them beating gst in a 7 game series

Warriors blowout the Cavs at home in a meaningless game and they act like all is forgotten. 4 outta 5 goes to the CHAMPS. No rim protection, LeBron owns the Warriors especially KD and Curry. Like I said last year, as long as the real MVP is on the court, they have a chance.

Typical Warriors fandom though. Be arrogant, but play the underdog card lol

Honestly, it would be a travesty if the Warriors don't win. They have 4 players in the top 20-25 in the world on their roster. Arguably 2 in the top 5. Durant should finally get a ring, but will be SAWFT for the rest of his career.

Just sayin...:mj07:

Lebron sure is looking beastly Turnover, got anything he wanted last night...He's playing like a man on a mission, as is tristan Thompson, but then again so is KD, just in a different kind of way. KD doesn't have to do it all because he has a TEAM around him, whereas LeBron may get a career night from Kevin Love like last night or an fire performance from Kyrie and may even strike lightning with one of his three point specialists on any given night, but pound for pound they can't hang with the Warriors, unless LeBron puts them on his back and puts in the performance for the ages. Just think it'll be a different story with a team that plays defense like the Warriors. Celts have NO rim protectors whatsoever, so it's no wonder LeBron gets what he wanted (you can't put a center, especially Horford or Olynk on him and ask them to get the job done). Brad Stevens has to make someone else beat him and so he has to throw doubles at LeBron all game long and not let him build up that unstoppable head of steam, or it will be sweep city come Tuesday in Cleveburg.
