I like the Cavs in elimination games I also think Irving is better then Curry and gets the best of that match up tonight. GS is a very tough place to play but won't be as tough as it was the first two games. Another epic performance by Bron and company

Hypothetical conspiracy theory - for anyone that believes the NBA wants to eclipse the Jordan Era

I'll start with a question: If Lebron were to win this championship would he be at the least viewed equal if not better than Jordan?

My answer is yes and I believe most people would rank him over MJ as much as it pains me to say it. Let's be real how many poster child's have there been that were suppose to take Jordans place as the best in history? Time after time name after name they all expire and everyone continues to compare the greatest current player to MJ and we're 20 YEARS out from his last game! If lebron loses here adds a piece next year and wins another one or even two titles he will still be chasing MJ's legacy. The NBA doesn't have another player active right now that even comes close to carrying the name weight of Lebron. Plenty of good players but NOBODY even close to the total package Lebron has to offer. the game of basketball has evolved so much since MJ played and quite frankly I think the NBA would love to turn the page.

some of what you say is valid, but don't think the Dubs are letting this year's hardware slip away too. and LeBron will NEVER be as good as or eclipse what Jordan did. Period.

Upstairs watching sports on the big TV.
When it comes to the BIG GAME SHOTS, Jordan wanted the ball and DELIVERED.
Lebron defers big game shots......how many big game winning shots have you seen him deliver over his career?

NO comparison..... different levels of greatness apply here.

No doubt. Jordan had something wayyyy more special than athletic ability. And if you didn't watch it live I don't think you can truly understand the gifts he had. How did MJ play a game in his 9th season in December, on a Wednesday, be the best you ever seen, then come out Friday be better, then play a game on Sunday afternoon and be even better? It was truly uncanny. The only thing you'll see on his highlight reels is his athleticism and that was only 50% of his game. You had to live that era to comprehend.

I know exactly where you stand with this series but thinking outside the box a little and the Cavs win this years championship, in your mind, does that edge him closer to MJ?
